Delivery delayed due to them not having the product in their NV warehouse. I needed it by the date they had promised. They could not tell me what product is available in NV, so I could make a change. Would also not cancel the order. Phone disconnected several times before they answered. Then customer service rep hung up in the middle of the conversation. Possibly we were disconnected. Sounded like she was in the Phillipines.or India.Needless to say, I will not have the products intime for the event I ordered them for, but I could not get a revised ETA.
