Being an experienced computer tech for over 25 yrs; laptops are not my favorite. I had the previledge of working on a Lenova P500 IdeaPad which had been dropped and the screen went black.

Not only was I surprised by the knowledge of the rep I spoke with, but I was really impressed with his eagerness to help. He narrowed it down to 4 possibilities and explained why I needed the one he recommended. I received it in 3 days.

Here I am today, greatful for taking a chance and having a perfectly running machine.

The price was great, the service was great, and the warranty was longer than even Lenovo themselves. I will definitely go to laptopscreen.com for all my future laptop needs.
