UPDATE 2019:
About one year ago (Apr 17th 2018, order no. *******) I'd ordered set of 4 LED light bulbs for about 15 USD. After less than a year all of them have died. According to the item description and discussion, there is a 2 year warranty. I've fullfilled the claim with *******@banggood.com and asked for refund. Someone signed as "Yina" told me via e-mail, that my refund is arranged and will take about one week to receive my money on my PayPal account. That was on Apr 9th 2019. On Apr 21th 2019 there was no money back, so I wrote another e-mail. "Yina" responded that I have to wait another MONTH for refund, because of "upgrading our system". Today (May 30th 2019) still no money back, no communication. Money stolen. I am with Banggood from July 2014. I've written a 5 star review here, but that all is over. I am leaving. Do not buy here anymore!

Banggod became my harbor after leaving other big (two-letter) Chinese e-shop. Prices are bit higher than e.g. on the eBay, but the customer care is excelent. Online chat or customer service by e-mail is almost unbeatable.
Also standard shiping free worldwide on almost all items, or registered with tracking number for a small fee or free for orders US$25 and more is welcome. In the time of high demand (xmas) they are bit slower, bigger packs are slow often. Other small gadgets, electronics and so on take no more than 3 weeks to Czech Republic, however under 2 weeks delivery is not rare!
Sometimes the quality does not met the level of newly introduced goods - at beginning the goods are good, but by time the quality lowers. Anyway, the customer reviews, images, videos and discussions may help.
