Been a regular user fro many years. Stayed BnB a few times too. Not expensive and decent customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Saturdays consist of sport coverage all day and quite often live music in the evenings. A regular haunt for me on Cheltenham festival week.
Now they use EVRI ( Hermes), the deliveries are hit and miss at best, poorly packaged and sometimes delivered to the wrong address.
The utilise Zendesk, so any complaints get default replies that often blame the customer, not them.
Avoid at all costs.

Poorly packaged leading to broken CD cases.
