I received a defective smartboard from their seller KathyStore, KathyStore asked me to try a few things to fix the item and send videos and photos, I did all of these things. They then told me it would be fine and they had a replacement on the way on a ship and it would be to me in 3 weeks, This time passed and I contacted them and they said sorry the US Warehouse wont return my item and their is nothing they will do about it. They trailed me along until the return allowance time had passed- returning to exchange my item! I contacted DHGate who the chat box said they would take care of it- never responded again, I posted on their facebook page and they made it look to the followers that they were going to take care of it and AGAIN never replied again after many messages. My 13 year old son had saved his money for months to pay for this himself, He ordered it in July, received it in Sept and now it is Feb and he still cannot use it! SCAM COMPANY BEWARE!
