Ordered dress for daughter. It came in, poorly made, cheap materials, and many flaws. Tried to return, only to find they dont have anything but an email to contact. After a week, I was told they would refund 10%, and that I could "keep the dress". TEN PERCENT.

I'm the type that will spend $10,000 to get back $150.
What garbage. I blame myself for not searching out reviews ahead of time, but that's no excuse for these thieves.
