I order a few packages a few weeks before Christmas. At the beginning they said it would take 2-3 days, then they told me that I received the packages when it isn't true. They did not take me any serious until I wrote a previous comment in here. A few days ago Irene from the customer service department sent me an email asking if I was satisfied with the order. I sent her an email back saying that I haven't received them yet and I haven't heard anything from her until today. It has been over one month and a half since I payed for the packages that were supposed to be for Christmas and I am still waiting for them. Do NOT buy from Tidebuy!
