Shapermint personnel are beyond helpful and accommodating. They seem to anticipate my needs and assist me. I have never ever dealt with an online company that treats its clients as wonderfully as Shapermint does. I'll pass the word among my friends and coworkers. Spanx could take a lesson from Shapermint, and Spanx definitely takes a back seat to Shapermint.

I began purchasing from chewy.com by chance two years ago; I have continued my relationship with this wonderful online company since that first encounter on purpose. I purchased a special food for my Maltipoo in 2014 after she recovered from an almost fatal bout of pancreatitis. She had been on another medicinal-type dog food I had purchased from chewy only three months prior. When Bailee was released from the hospital, she had to go on a low fat food for her pancreas and liver health. I had two bags of her original food, with one bag being open. I called chewy to ask if I could return the unopened bag. Shockingly, I was advised to donate the food to the SPCA or to a canine charity and chewy credited my account! So, I began ordering the canned food for her condition, and though Bailee passed away in late 2015, I purchase from chewy.com to this day for my remaining Maltese and will continue my relationship with this company with heart as long as I own dogs. I might add, I received a sympathy card after Bailee's death which was personally written (not typed) and signed by one of the reps I had ordered from previously. A stand-up company with heart!

My latest order was placed on 8/8/15 at 4:11 pm and received sometime on 8/10/15! I was at work so don't know the specific time delivered. It was an extensive order consisting of hair color, face toner, eyebrow pencils, lipstick and an assortment of other toiletries. Though there were probably 15 items, everything was accounted for, and plastic wrap had been placed over bottles containing hand lotion, foot lotion, the toner, and even the lipstick. The drugstore.com reliable service and speedy shipping are next to none. I am totally sold on purchasing online from this company and having the convenience of packages delivered to my door rather than going from store to store to get what I need. Thank you, drugstore.com.
