I have ordered many things on line from Walmart. The products have been as expected and I have received things in a timely manner. If something didn't fit I was allowed to return it to my local Walmart store. Who could ask for better than that?
I order a LOT from QVC. On a regular basis I have used them for years now. I have bought household items and clothing. If I don't like something or if it doesn't fit. It is easy to return. If I have a complaint it would be the cost of shipping to return the product. I have had to return several things and the cost is rather high... they will say "Try it for free". But it is really try it for shipping costs. Makes you want to go to the stores again.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE EVEN ONE STAR. I ORDERED LAST AUGUST, 2015. IT IS NOW MAY 2016... MY PACKAGE HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEY SENT A NOTE BUT DO NOT PROVIDE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM. THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT WHEN THE NOTE WAS EMAILED IN JANUARY. WELL THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NOTHING.
