I dropped my computer off 4/13/16,2:25 pm, it has a virus, estimated date for pickup 4/27/16. They ask that you not call to check the status of your order unless the estimated finish date has been reached. I called them 5/18/16, way past the completion date. They had overlooked my computer, apologized, told me they would call me later that evening to tell me what they found. I said ok, I understand, things happen. I didn't hear from them until 5/20/16 asking for my pass word. I was done! I told them I would pick it up. More apology when I got there to pick it up, even offered 50% off. If they had just called 5/18/16 when they said they would or 5/19/16 it would have been find. I dropped my computer off with the Geek Squad a little after 4:00 pm, 4/20/16. Received an email from them 9:15 pm, 4/20/16 that it was ready. Picked it up 11:50 am, 5/21/16. Solve Your System, will definitely not be getting any of my business and I have already told my coworker about my experience with them.
