They misrepresent products. I ordered a round Christmas ornament with the assumption that it would be spherical. I called the company's customer service and specifically asked about the item whether it was a sphere or a flat circle because the description was ambiguous. They said it is a sphere. It just arrived and it is a 2D circle. They flatly lied to me and I wasted money on expedited shipping to get a low quality underwhelming product.
