I am extremely disappointed in their poor service.
I placed an order (#6756) on 20 August 2015, almost 6 weeks ago. I have yet to receive the items purchased.
When I wrote to enquire on the status of the order on 18 September 2015 (2 weeks ago), their representative promised to get back to me within 24 hours. He hasn't responded since.
Update 1: They finally responded to my email on 2 October 2015, after I sent them another email. They claimed that my package was delayed "because of some custom procedure problems". When I asked for a tracking number, they went silent again until 5 October 2015. I received the package on 3 October 2015. Overall, a horrible experience, and I will never buy from them again.
