I guess I should have read the reviews BEFORE buying from their site, my order "shipped" on Dec. 11 and am still waiting for it! They are impossible to get a hold of and the site you use to track your order isn't even real I put all my info in and it says "Parcel not found - Sorry, we were unable to find your parcel details." REALLY? I have no idea where my package is or if it was even shipped! How many bad reviews does it take before you guys do something? You don't give a crap about your customers! What kind of company doesn't post a number on their site to call so we can talk to a real person? A horrible one, that's for sure. Get your act together.
