For the past few years, MYUS very sneakily changes shipping rates upwards many times without informing or communicating with unsuspecting customers, resulting in charges that are higher and customers may not know if does not track rates. MYUS recently change oversize dimensions, without telling customers so you get charge more when you thought the shipping boxes are small enough when you place your order. Very sneaky. Renews annual fee automatically without authorization. All in all very suspicious and insincere business practices. Weight after packed also are often more than before packing so no real consolidation done. MYUS just puts all the boxes into an even bigger box so overall weight increases - charging more. And everything stashed in the box without care. As a business user, I will look for other options soon as my normally large boxes becomes prohibitedly expensive to ship using MYUS.
