I had questions about frequency of orders, so I called their site. The guy was the dumbest human I've talked to in ages, but somehow took all my info and said it was set to go. When no pkg arrived, I called and was told they had NO record of my order. I insisted the meds be sent ASAP expedited mail at no extra charge to me (she wanted an extra $14 or so to ship quickly!). She actually said she'd have to check the recording - not to retrain her staff, but to VERIFY MY insistence that I had made this call! Talk about insulting! She did finally OK the shipment, but it arrived late, of course, while I paid an outrageous price for an in-town pickup to tide us over. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. There are plenty of other online sites that could not be as unpleasant and incompetent as Allivet.
