I purchased a White shirt which arrived with the stitching on the collar faulty (no way l could wear it as so noticeable). If l tried to correct the faulty stitching, it would have been worse so contacted them via email. They took a long time to respond but after me being persistent l received a very apologetic email back which showed promise & was told to email a photo which l did straight away. L then received a pathetic email in return which just sounded very genetic which advised me to simply wash the shirt. This fault CLEARLY is not a stain or dirty garment issue but just an unprofessional reply which sounded like a response they simply send to many other unhappy people. Would never buy from them again & they obviously don't care about there unhappy clientele & have never bothered to google any feedback & do something to better improve there business. Shame on companies like these as they give bad reputations for the good online businesses who want to be around for the longevity. Hope the word gets around soon!
