They promise delivery in 2 business days, but each time I've used them this year, they fail to do so. Orders using them were not delivered on the second day as promised. The place I ordered from sent me an email with a tracking number saying that it was being shipped so I can see that it's taking longer than it should. Also, if your package is not heavy enough, they will use UPS SurePost or some other extremely slow method which involves them handing the package off to USPS. Once it's there, they do their own processing on it which can take a day or longer before it's out for delivery.
Tip for consumers:
If you use this site for shipping, be aware that your package will take longer than two days to arrive. In some cases, maybe it'll be a week. Pay extra money to upgrade your shipping speed if you really need something in 2 days.
