Good day I'm officially lodging a complaint with regards to the invoice that was attached to my parcel which was not tallying with what we had. Declaring a lower cost than what we actually paid has gotten us into serious trouble with our government. Our customs have fined us for under declaring and we have not received our parcel to date. The total cost of our customs is $459.46 which is from the actual $544 of the dresses order. We are in trouble and we request that you assist us in paying for these customs before our dressed are destroyed. Looking forward to hearing from you soon Regards. If it is too good to be true then it is. Purchased dress for 208.59 for wedding. NEVER received...
