Matt Sill was very supportive and helpful in solving the issue of my 3x deduction on my credit card for the annual upgrade of my membership. Hopefully the credit goes into my card in 10 - 15 days as advised.
Just wanted to know why a confirmation e-mail on my upgrade was not received? Is it not supposed to be standard?
