Years making cc payments on time through direct pay. Due to moving out of the country did not make two/three payments on time due to the auto pay stopping without my knowledge. They added about $300 plus in fees. Spoke to collections as I was back on track and the extremely loyal rep (how much money they keep from taking it from the customer) can only deduct one late fee. When the previous customer service rep said he can do two late fees which is still laughable. Most ppl just file bankruptcy. I pay my bills even while unemployed. They have gone crazy adding $39 late fees and abt $55 in interest for a grand total of $95 and other small interest amounts per month for 3 months. They're known for servicing themselves and the customer is last. As soon as I can I'm taking my biz elsewhere. All is great while u are paying non stop. Don't count on them for anything if you need a temporary break while u get back on track.
