“The Costumer service lady was so rude to me for no...”

The Costumer service lady was so rude to me for no reason. She kept on hanging up the phone in my face and treating me really bad. She refused to listen to my problem. They was very unhelpful she put me on Hold for 12mins and then hang up the phone. Am calling from the UK to America. She wasted my phone bill. My problem is still not resolved and I feel Bullied by that lady. She was so unprofessional:-( Untrustworthy
