I'd like to start off by mentioned that the individual that helped me on their chat feature was SO nice and helpful, but the service I got after my order made it clear that I NEVER EVER need to order from this company again.
I ordered (2) replacement bulbs for my Kia Optima Hybrid and chose the overnight shipping selection - since my headlight was out, I wanted to get them as soon as possible. After 3 days, I e-mailed them and asked about the overnight shipping and was told:
"Our expedited shipping options only affect the delivery speed of the order, and not the time it takes to process and complete your order. Processing time can vary for each item, as many of the products that we sell are custom-made or assembled to order, and in some instances may take weeks to complete."
While I understand that - they're bulbs. Not custom-made. And hopefully they're not assembling my bulbs to order. The e-mail stated the estimated shipping date is 4 to 6 days from now. I understand retail and I understand inventory, but cannot fathom why it would take 7 to 9 days for bulbs to leave a warehouse.
