“Placed my order a month in advance”

Placed my order a month in advance.
Was told the next day it was ready for shipping.
Weeks later no order received.
Probably an hour spent on the phone being handed over from one person to the next - not getting any information on the status of my order. Just empty promises.
Package was shipped 3 weeks after i ordered it. Not in time to arrive before my sons first Birthday Party.
Extremely frustrating and just so disappointing.
Would never recommend this company.
