3 times I have sent stuff into Gazelle and every time they come back and offer less saying they have more scratches than anticipated. Gazelle is ripping people off and then they sell them at a ridiculous markup for the same stuff they just bought. I took the offers because I can not use the old equipment, but I know darn well that I said they were light-scuffed and they were light-scuffed. They even said one of them had a crack on the back of an iPhone. I did not see one, but I took them at their word it was and took the lower offer. But I think these guys are sleezy on the stuff they get.

3 times I have had to reorder a pair of reading glasses and they are still wrong. They just keep remaking the wrong pair. I have told them over and over the script is wrong, this is what it needs to be and they make the same script that was wrong. It is on my account with the correct script. Now they want to give me a store credit. I do not want to do business with a company that apparently does not understand English. I have explained this issue in detail to 4 agents and they still cannot get it right
