Immediately I receive the promotion order 2 pairs of sunglasses receiving an email confirmation of availability. Two days later got an email that said they running out of one of the pairs (the expensive one) and offer me to select another one or a refund. I end up with another pair. My point here is that how if I order at the moment I receive the promo and got a confirmation email of my order, how it's possible that the product was sold out?
For the rest was an easy transaction and super fast shipping.

To help address your question, our promotions begin at 12AM each day. Your order was placed at 12:52PM. This means for 12+ hours other 1Salers were purchasing this model. Our inventory system experienced a glitch which caused this model to continue selling after it had already depleted the inventory in stock. We hope this helps explain what occurred.
