Absolutely dire customer support servers based in bejing, my site was hacked twice and traffic diverted to other dating sites, AVOID the shared profiles at all costs as you will find yourself on someone elses site, constant spam messages whilst using the shared profiles.

Hi Ned, if you see the message saying that your site is inactive, meaning your website has been suspended due to non-payment. When a payment is failed, we send 3 email reminders before suspending an account.
Shared profiles is usually free and included in most plans, however, it's optional. You can turn it off if you think it has no benefits to your site. Many clients like this feature because it helps them to get started quickly.
