I bought a voucher for a thai restaurant & i had a unfortunately family illness abd couldnt use the voucher, valid for only a month, tried to call Groupon who shuffled me from person to person for a whole answer, it got harder when hardly anyone of there customer sw
Service spoke english. When i finally adked for the manager, i was told there was none, unreal! I kept pushing until i finally got the socalled manager, i explained my situation, he guaranteed i would get credit back onto my account, IM STILL WAITING! Shocker, just got a email from Groupon, they request evidence... groupon is a joke!
Tip for consumers:
AVOID GROUPON....BIG MISTAKE, SERVICE IS A SHOCKER!!!
