Service spoke english. When i finally adked for the manager, i was told there was none, unreal! I kept pushing until i finally got the socalled manager, i explained my situation, he guaranteed i would get credit back onto my account, IM STILL WAITING! Shocker, just got a email from Groupon, they request evidence... groupon is a joke!
