I find the app and workouts really manageable and easy to use. I am already noticing how such a short workout is effecting my body; definitely feeling sore afterward and even though the workout is short, it feels very targeted and effective. I have also noticed my habits around food and walking have improved because I'm doing the workout every day and all the added extras on the app that support a healthy lifestyle. I'm a working mum, so this amount of exercise is perfect and doable for me.
