I ordered a necklace on 5/8 and paid expedited shipping to receive it by 5/22. The shipping information says the item has been I. The same location since 6/19. Everyday it updates to a new date and time with the same location listed. I contacted customer service several times and they keep telling me the item is on its way. I've even been told twice I would receive it in 3 days. Well, it's 6/4 and still no necklace. Myka has not been helpful at all. It feels like a scam especially because I can't speak to anyone over the phone and they take 24-48 hrs to respond.
