I rented a car from this agency that work with dollar car rental however I got two Atlanta at 3:10 p.m. waited in a line which my car was reserved for 3:00 anyway standing the line call this company cuz it's a third party to find out why do I need to wait for 2 hours before even been seen by a customer service They have me in line waiting then they told me to wait for 3 hours before I can make a complaint I told them I don't drive at night and after drive 3 and 1/2 hours to get where I'm going so I would like to have the car so I can get on my way 5:00 I was still waiting for this car I called back them again They said to fun with the customer service and explain that to them I did You know what that customer service guided he walked away rudely I didn't get out of Atlanta until

After 6:00 almost 7:00 p.m. that is unacceptable rude and disrespectful My car was reserved for 3:00pm p.m. and I did not get a car till after 6:00pm never again from dollar or from that website no no no.

Wish they have zero to five cuz they would have get a zero They don't even deserve a one but that's the only option

One person told me that my refund will be in my card 5 to 7 days then someone else can tell me that they won't give me a refund because I return the car before time They are all liars and scammers don't trust them.
