I have placed an order on 6th Nov 2014 of about $20.59, but something bad happened to parcel and I didn't received after stipulated delivery time. I contacted banggood customer support and they offered full refund of $20.59 and same I received on very next day in my Paypal account.
Tip for consumers:
Opt for Singapore Registered Mail if you are a buyer from India post. I never had problem with Singapore post. It is cheaper than UPS, EMS and parcel arrives within 20-25 days.
