As an expat I rely on overseas companies to provide clothing where I live. Dorothy Perkins has been generally okay, up until this week. Couldn't believe it when I tried to put it on and the sleeve on one side hadn't been attached to the shoulder! I knew it would be a headache to return so I took it to a local clothes repairer and paid another $7.00 to sew the sleeve on. Most absurd experience. Also the shoes are a disaster. I have tried 3 times to purchase shoes that fit. This time I had 2 pairs of shoes in a size 9. One was too big and the other too small. Sadly, I will have to get my family to send me clothes from home from now on, even if it is more expensive.
