Since you already opened a Dispute for this order, the seller will be given 5 days to reach an agreement with you. We are giving our seller a chance to fix this issue with your order. On the 5th day if still no agreement has reached, please do notify us by requesting DHgate mediation so we can step in your case already and resolve this for you.
