“Totally ripped off!”

I purchased one bottle of Cinnachroma for $69.98. I did not want the online version of the book so I paid 19.97 for booklet I got in the mail. In Canadian dollars that is $121.75. I was charged $411.77. They sent me one bottle of Turmeric which I did not order so add another 69.98 so $94.76 us = $216.51. What was the other $195.26 for? The person I talked to on the phone said she would delete the cost of the online version and the Turmeric which I didn't order. I checked my bank account and she only returned $80. I will never order from them again. I'm phoning back to discuss this again and I will post what they say.

I can assure you that nothing was added to your order without first selecting the item(s) on our offer page. For example, the printed copy was ADDED to your digital order for $19.95 plus international shipping and handling. The offer page included all these details and you agreed to them when you selected YES. The receipt we emailed you immediately after purchase includes all the items you placed in your order.
