I was a customer for over 12 years, they cancelled my order and closed my account for an honest misunderstanding! Their customer service is horrible and I am appalled by their behavior!
I will never attempt to purchase from them again!

They sent the wrong size of product and lucky me-I get to pay to ship it back for my refund....

The information in your review is not accurate. You elected for auto replenishment, then failed to cancel it after receiving a reminder it was ready to ship. After it shipped and you contacted us, we offered to help with a return of the item for a full refund. We did not hear back from you until you lodged a chargeback with your credit card company. Through that, you were refunded but also kept the product you have not paid for.
We care about our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service though that does not include sending products that have not been paid for. As provided via email, your account has been closed. We recommend you find an alternate retailer to shop with in the future.
