I ordered a cute-looking top after seeing it on the NYTimes website several times. It took about a month to reach me. Not only did it not fit (too big in places, too tight in others) but it came in two pieces. The cowl collar was separate from the blouse and didn't hang right, leaving part of my neck showing in back. When I tried to return it (the ad said "easy returns") They offered to let me keep it for a nominal fee (like $1.50 or 3.00, I had a choice), which I thought was strange. When I insisted on returning it, they posted a message on their website (their way of communicating with customers, which is very hard to figure out) that I had to mail it back to China at my own expense, but they would let me keep the top for $15, which would be cheaper than the return shipping. At that point I gave up. I would never order from them again.
