Following a review I wrote about the poor quality of their products RoseWholesale replied directly to my comment offering a refund, and asked me to update my comment on Jabber. I replied I would once my credit card was credited. Then 1-2 days later, again the customer service writes to me again and says they have to wait for some information from the shipping company before they can confirm I can be refunded! Ireplied asking what was this procedure about and they never answered! I can tell you I did get the top I bought... but it went to the garbage!... Giving this to someone as a gift is a joke!
Let me give you a good advise. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!... They are not a trustworthy company... Their merchandise is of very very bad quality and from my experience, even if you go into the complaint and reimbursement process, they do not give a real after sales service (they want you to think they do but they don't)... Very disappointing... 23$ with shipping & handling that is thrown in the garbage with my top!
