Worst service ever! Charges 3 times more than any other company, delayed shipments and - they did what no one else in the world did - they will make you pay tax in Saudi! I am from Saudi and we do not pay taxes and when I wrote that to their representative his response was to either pay or I dont get my shipment!
Not to forget, when you go to the final page to pay, Taxes + fuel recharge + many meaningless crap to rip you off will be added.
Stay miles away from this company, it doesnt get any worse!

At Borderlinx, we believe in transparency and we have tried our best to update all the necessary informations on the website. We have an online cost calculator that allow the customer to get a prior cost estimate and plan their shopping better. We use DHL for our deliveries- one of the best in the industry and all shipments are sent as Delivery Duty Paid, meaning the charges are payable upfront and we handle documentations and customs clearance on your behalf. There are no additional charges on delivery. Borderlinx believe that shopping should be prompt and hassle free and we deliver that.
As such, applicable duty and taxes will be calculated and added to the final landing cost with clear breakdown prior to payment. The Duty/Tax rates are updated based on your customs standards. Incase of any discrepancy, we are more then willing to review. Kindly provide your Suite number or Case ID so we can investigate further.
