I purchased 2 items and chose expedited shipping (7 business days). I still haven't received any items after 7 days and no update from them. I contacted customer service, and they said the products have been shipped. No idea where the items are or when they'll be delivered. No further answers from customer service when I asked for up to date tracking information. I'm about to contact my credit card company to dispute the transaction.
