DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR TRANSLATIONS!

They advertise on their website that deliveries for their professional (paid) service is within 2 hours, however when they fail to deliver within this timeframe they claim the 2 hours is only an approximation.

I needed a last minute translation and paid them the price advertised on the webpage. They failed to get it to me on time so I was unable to get the permit that I needed the translation for.

When I wrote requesting my money back, as they hadn't fulfilled the terms of their contract - this was their response (verbatim).

"We understand it.
But kindly note that you haven't notified us about your order urgency.
Two hours is the approximate turnaround time for translation.
Due to this matter, your refund request will be rejected.
Regards,"

I wrote to them twice and gave them 2 opportunities to comply with the law regarding the sale of goods and services - they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling any legal contracts they make - so consider yourselves warned. This is not a professional organization - IT'S AN ONLINE SCAM! Don't throw any of your money away on them. Find another translation service.

I selected a tutor named Lana from this site - however I never actually got to work with her. This tutor required upfront payment for 10 hours tutoring@ £60 per hour via direct deposit. I would no sooner send my bank details to an email scammer trying to "unlock an inheritance" than deposit £600 into the account of a someone I'd never spoken to let alone met. The upfront payment and direct deposit requirements left me with a bad feeling - and I believe in following intuition.

I ended up going with a different tutoring service; the hourly rate was actually over £20 more (I believe the company takes it's share). However, they require a minimum commitment to 5 hours of tutoring, have alternative options if the tutor is not a good match, have the possibility of using the balance of your 5 hours at a later date, and offer payment via credit card - which allows you an addition safeguarding feature.

Unless you're willing to hand over your cash with absolutely zero guarantee this service may not be for you.
