Overall, Best Buy is a complete joke. I've complained to the Better Business Bureau about this company. They are complete rip off. I can't wait until Amazon buys them out and they shut down. They literally stole a package and refused to give me my money back. I found the police report, and they never refunded me for the amount. Then for complaining, they placed me on a no online order or store delivery order List as if I would purchase from them again.

This company is an absolute fraudulent company. What they advertise is not what's delivered. Customer service is non-existent. They claim to have chat support, but you're chatting with a Bot, not too different than the actual live representatives. I subscribed to the plan for what I believed to be$129.00 with a money back guarantee. Complete crap! They charged me 129.00 +overcharged $229.00 + 13.99 for that. I did not book the appointment and it automatically booked because the application is flawed. I get multiple emails confirming this doctor appointment. They already had my Credit card number from the initial 129.00. My bank reached out to me via text to verify the 129.00 charge, which I confirmed it was fraudulent since I now understood how this company tried to steal money from me. That charge was declined by my bank ( thankfully), but now I'm seeing the 229.00 charge + 129.00+ 13.99. I emailed Jeffery after multiple attempts to just get an admission of guilt from them because they were giving me the run around about the credit "Jeffery" the original rep who canceled the program confirmed that he canceled the program, but could not refund the doctors appt even though I haven't seen a doctor. This is after he said he would email/ call me. I had to reach back out to him after not hearing back. Prior to receiving this email I spoke with another female rep who said she was putting in a request to get the doctors appt canceled and requesting a credit, but I knew it was a lie because she refused to provide a confirmation on the phone. She claimed that she couldn't hold on the line for a confirmation because apparently the credit was coming from a supervisor. You know the nonexistent ones.

Although Jefferey never emailed me back and I had to reach out for an answer, he provided me with what I needed in writing. I call cs back immediately after getting his email response and the IVR says no one is available to take my call, which was bull because it was during business hours. I called again and guess who answers? Jeffery! I asked to speak with a supervisor but Jeff claims none was available. Now Jeffery is now bolder, because he goes on to tell me how it's clear on the website that it's 129.00 and the rx isnt included, and when I say "well it says money back guaranteed" he proudly says if you (complete the program) it says it's money back and if "we" other customers overlooked it that's on us. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but if anyone is interested in filing a class action lawsuit against this company let me know because I am taking legal actions. I don't care if it's 360.00 + 13.99 it's the principal. Jeffrey also went on to tell me that if you schedule a doctors appointment with the doctor and you cancel you're charged a fee which is never been the case. Since Doctors don't steal your money especially when you cancel something immediately.

They purposely set it up this way and confuse you with all of the emails in hopes that you overlook it. They won't reach back out and they pretty much steal… like literally (they steal) I don't even know how they are able to have a website and they haven't been reported. These comments our way to consistent. It's one thing if you see maybe one to two comments but the fact that everybody has had the same experience with this organization says a lot. They need to be stopped. I would recommend reporting them to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. After my bank, next my lawyer, next BBB final will be court! This was a very traumatic experience. Stealing from people who are looking for help is pretty low…
