I bought the most expensive 4 tickets available on their website and then I travel with family all the way from Sydney to Madrid thats 23 hours in the air plan to see the game and just 6 hours before the match start we received our tickets in different rows 2 by 2 in result of that we lost our money and had watch the game from our hotel room. They could not help they did do any thing. Lost around 10.000 US
