I used Been Verified and when I no longer needed the service I called and gave them my reasoning that I no longer needed the service. The Customer Service person said it would be taken care of. MONTHS later I am still being harassed, lied to, and getting money taken out of my account, just got charged again this month! DO NOT USE. They will continue to take money out of your account and do not respect their customers, lying saying "No problem we will take care of that for you" and then continue to take money away.
Tip for consumers:
That they will lie and keep harassing you for your money, taking it out of your account even after promising to cancel your subscription with them. They do not care about their customers and are not trustworthy to use.
