So I've bought some pretty neat cheap clothes from F21, but I had a bad experience recently. I spent almost $60 in-store and ended up wanting to return my items. That's when they told me only exchanges and store credit are given to customers who buy items in-store. Otherwise, only ordering online and paying for your own shipping will land you a refund. I decided I will no longer do business with a company that acts so greedily. Besides, their men's section isn't half as extensive as women's anyway.

I didn't purchase anything from this seller (thankfully), but the same generic apology Mr. Vincent is giving down below to all of the disappointed customers is making me laugh out loud
