So far all my issues were solved quickly and I'm very satisfied.
Edit: I see a few negative reviews below. Thats interesting. My personal experience is very positive. I have made 23 orders, all items received, one items quality was not as expected an I promptly got a refund for it! So 100% solved issues.
Tip for consumers:
Dont buy many items in one order it will slow down the processing. Split it into single or two items atmost per order.
