I have called numerous times to ask about things. They always picked up in a timely and friendly manner. Today I talked to Heather and she was more than willing to help me with my return. She was so friendly to the point where I feel so comfortable buying from this company! I Noticed a lot of bad reviews here but If it were me, I'd give this company a chance bc my last 3-4 experiences in the pas 6 months have been superior!

Rue lala 360 is a great deal and I recommend. I also want to point out that return shipping is not free unless u received store credit. Otherwise they -10$
