The first time I truly experienced the customer service excellence was when I had few minutes call with Vykingship CS, they helped me with a complicated request that they don't have to do. The level of cooperation is phenomenal, I felt like I'm talking to my friend and I was so happy about it. However, it's too good to be true, isn't it? That's what I said; maybe the CS representative was professional and friendly, but it actually happened again with a different shipment few months later "yesterday" same level of support, professionalism, and empathy that 50 years old big companies can't beat.
