I am very familiar with webworldexperts having had a shopping comparison website completed by them. Unfortunately the delivery was poor taking almost 2 years to complete and many iterations were bug ridden. They contested a lot of bugs as change requests which turned out to be design flaws or bugs... When work was finally completed, subsequent developer found a lot of sub optimal code which would have caused us performance issues when we went live. Their model is to hire inexperienced resources who are learning on the job. They charge for packages up front and you use balances of hours so you have no come back if work is shoddy. They may have been good once...but in 2023 they should be avoided.
