This company is the worst! It took over 3 months for me to get the product. I tried to return it and after almost 1 month of them ignoring me, they emailed me and said they won't take my return and to give it to someone else. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received! Don't even try to email them or expect a response! It is a total waste of time! They will ignore you.

As others have mentioned here, this company is running a phony operation. I have tried to obtain a refund multiple times. I speak to the same woman everytime who states she passed my information along to the "other department" yet she can't give me any names or numbers/extensions to who she passed it along to... if she even actually passed my information along. When I told her (Linda) I wanted a refund and wasn't happy about the way I was being treated, she laughed at me.

Companies that operate this way should be investigated. SCAMMERS! Buyer beware!
