Toluna refuses to redeem rewards after completing numerous surveys that were credited to my account. Through its representatives, I have received numerous deceitful reasons for not paying the rewards, with the latest being that my profile was not correct. I was never notified of any issues regarding my profile until I sought a redemption of the rewards. Toluna is defrauding participants by refusing to pay the rewards earned.
